Orders and payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price plus any applicable shipping charges. Payments are processed securely via Stripe at the time of checkout.

Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected. Risk passes to you once the parcel is signed for; please inspect items at delivery.

Returns and refunds

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, contact us at imranshahid2307@gmail.com with your order number.

Stock and pricing

Prices are displayed in GBP and may change without notice. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you to refund or substitute.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this store.
